DACT processes your personal data because you have registered for the DACT Treasury Fair and have provided the data personally. Below is an overview of the personal data which we process:
– First and last name
– Organisation for which you work
– Address details
– Telephone number
– E-mail address
– Job Title
– Programme events which you attend during the Treasury Fair
DACT processes data to register you for, and give you access to, the Treasury Fair and to provide you with relevant information on the 2018 and future Treasury Fairs. DACT also monitors the level of interest in the various sections of the programme.
DACT retains this personal data no longer than is strictly necessary to meet the objectives for which your data was collected.
DACT does not sell your data to third parties and shares it only when necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to satisfy a legal obligation.
DACT includes your first and last name, name of your organisation, and job title in an overview which is provided to the exhibitors at the DACT Treasury Fair. All exhibitors confirm in writing that this list will be used exclusively to acquaint themselves with participants in the DACT Treasury Fair and that they will not copy it or make it public or share it with anyone who is not employed by the exhibitor. They will not use the data for direct mail and neither will the participants on the list be approached in any other way.
DACT publishes your first and last name and the name of your organisation on the DACT Treasury Fair participant list, which is available to all participants in the Treasury Fair.
